My sister, Natasha, is an artist and her next exhibition is opening next week at the Royal Geographical Society. 1 Kensington Gore, SW7 2AR.
Sadly I will miss it – try and get along if you can.
The exhibition will be 6 new pieces of stone sculpture by Paul Vanstone and about 22 unique works on paper by Natasha Kumar.
Both artists work in very different materials but they share Indian influences, strong classical art school training and create relevant contemporary works.
The exhibition will be open from:
29th – 31st May 9.30am -5.30pm
6th – 8th June 9.30am – 5.30pm

I even bought one of Natasha’s limited edition screenprints (the most reminiscent of India’s hot climate and strong rich colour) to Antarctica and took it on an extreme photoshoot in -70 – certainly a well travelled image!
The Holy Cow screenprint will be available to view and purchase at the Royal Geographical exhibition and there will be more information about my adventures in Antartica too…
