A couple of years ago I was fortunate enough to be selected to give a talk at the prestigious Royal Geographical Society in London for the annual microlecture series.  My topic – ‘Snake bites: the story of Venom’ – which is a research interest and past-time of mine.

If you have time and love travel, get along to the annual lectures (held around March), there is sure to be some interesting and informative speakers.
